After about a year on the market, Reebok’s EasyTone trainers are still getting attention for their innovative technology designed to help tone a woman’s muscles even when she’s just standing.

EasyTone incorporates “core” ball technology, which shifts air back and forth between two ball-shaped areas at the toe and heel of the shoe. This movement creates an instability that Reebok itself likens to walking on sand.
